General Terms and Conditions - isBing Art 2023

By placing a commission order or purchasing on the web shop, you agree to the terms and conditions herein.

Ownership and Copyright:

All artworks on this website are creations of Bing Hao, the owner isBing Art. The copyright of these artworks is reserved solely for the artist. You may not scan, copy, or redistribute in manners other than personal use. Contact me for any questions about copyright. 

Pricing:

Commission and webshop prices include VAT and exclude shipping. The final price for commissions will be agreed upon through email confirmation and will include all relevant details, such as artwork specifications, delivery time, and any additional costs.

Payment for Commissions:

All payments for commissioned artworks must be made in full before the artwork is shipped.

Shipping:

Artwork is sent within 1 or 2 working days once finished. Shipping is facilitated through PostNL. A track & trace code will be provided.

Damage:

If any damage occurs during transport, please contact me immediately. Frames and prints will be replaced if necessary.

Pickup/Delivery:

You have the option to pick up their orders in Den Haag. In some cases, I may personally deliver orders in Den Haag. Please contact me for such arrangements.

Returns:

Due to the unique and personalised nature, returns and refunds of commissioned artwork are not possible. I will communicate all details during the drawing process to ensure the expectations are met. In the rare event of damage during transit, I will work with you to address and resolve any issues to the best of my ability.

Returns for Prints:

Prints can be returned at your own cost of shipping within 30 days of the original purchase date. Upon examining that the print is in its original package and conditions, the purchase price can be fully refunded within 7 days upon receiving the returned prints.
